Whoa Nellie, It's Legion Field

The U.S. team will train at Legion Field on Friday, getting its first feel for the artificial surface that will host the May 3 match live on Fox Soccer Channel at 4 p.m. CT (as well as ussoccer.com's MatchTracker for those who don't have FSC...and shame on you if you don't). This will be the USA's first match on the fake stuff this year and first since facing Mexico at PG&E Park in Portland on Oct. 16 after the WWC. This will be the 11th game on an artificial surface for the U.S. women and they have yet to lose on the non-grass.

Didn't they play on an artificial when they played in St. Louis last October?

Yeah, it's a shame i can't receive FSC in the Netherlands. Maybe in the future? (FSC make it happen plz!! :D )
But I'm happy to hear it is on MatchTracker too!! I follow all the WNT matches live on MatchTracker and when it is 7:00 PM there it is 1:00 AM here and when the match is done it is 03:00 AM. So I stay up especially for the WNT and just hope they will win!

Shame on me? :D
I just love the WNT!!

My U-12 girls teams are coming over to my house to watch the WNT game tom. and could not be more excited! We are also heading to the Canada show down on the 10th! Its great to have my girls witness a game; the WNT game at RFK in 2003 was my last game. You girls are an inspiration, and do so much for the bonding, and self-esteem of girls. You Rock!

Know what we need to do , is organize a group of fans that have a slingbox that get the various local channels around the would, that would be willing to share their feeds/access to their machines. I don't have one so I am not sure of the specifics of allowing a visitor to the just certain portions of the unit or if it could be a security issue allowing access to everything.... but it would be cool, or I could be talking out my elbow

Thank you very very much NaaKai.

I was able to watch FSC with TVUplayer and it was great. Too bad my favourite player was substituted during halftime, but I liked the second half too of course.

And of course a great win on Australia, not to forget.

Go US WNT !
